What You'll Do

This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience. Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone. Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately. Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.

Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom. Other duties as assigned.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
