What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Provide administrative support to sales and service teams
• Help with basic data entry and record keeping

What You'll Bring

1 year of previous receptionist or customer service experience Experience assisting customers through chat and email support Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting quality and time expectations. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems) Open availability required Sunday–Saturday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM; schedule will vary Total Rewards The Hourly Pay for this position is $16.90, plus bonus opportunities.
