We're looking for a Account Service Representative to join our Shared Services Call Center team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing timely support, clear guidance, and a positive experience with every interaction. You'll assist customers with account-related questions, policy information, cancellations, and documentation needs while ensuring customer records remain accurate and up to date.

Compensation Range

$19.25 – $28.85/hr, with a starting range of $20.00 – $20.50/hr . Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Support customers with account inquiries, policy questions, and service requests. Explain policy terms, coverage details, and cancellation processes in a clear and professional manner. Process customer documentation and maintain accurate account records. Make outbound follow-up calls to resolve customer questions and requests. Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.

Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support business goals. ​ What You'll Bring Experience working in a remote environment and managing responsibilities independently. Customer service or call center experience, preferably in an accounting, financial services, insurance, or other detail-oriented environment. Strong data entry and computer navigation skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.

Ability to confidently interpret information, solve problems, and provide clear, accurate resolutions to customer inquiries. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems.
