What You'll Do

Submission of Service Contracts Submission of Warranty Contracts New car purchases and Dealer trades

• Record used car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Process cash receipts Regional check runs
• Process and payment of vendor invoices FTC reconciliation Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc) Post to Intercompany accounts Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring

1+ year Accounting experience- familiar with COA, debits and credits Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel High School Diploma (required) 1+ years of Auto Industry Experience Retail Sales or Customer Service Total Rewards At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $16.85-26.45, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
