L0829 Mercedes-Benz of Collierville Mercedes Benz of Collierville NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays You will report to the Service Manager. What You'll Do

• Promote communication between customers and technicians
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What We're Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience Automotive technician background

• Deliver high-quality customer support
