Officer - Property Management (HK)

Job Duties

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy
• Deliver a high-quality property management service for assigned asset
• Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company’s standard Comply with Company Policy & Procedures on daily operation
• Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from different parties
• Handle tenancy matters including rental collection, repossession & handover of premises, enforcement action against tenancy agreement, etc
• Provide administration support in management office
• Perform in other ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Support a customer centric culture and strive for operational excellence for self and within the team Requirements Degree / Diploma holder or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines Minimum
• 2 years of relevant working experience in property management Tier 1/Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO Effective interpersonal and communication skills Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer Working Location: HK Island / Sha Tin / Wong Tai Sin / Kowloon East Remuneration We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
