You will enjoy leading, coaching and developing the Production team capabilities, and productivity.
Setting clear expectations and proactively addressing performance
- Lead the production team to deliver safe, reliable and efficient plant operations Champion
- Process Safety and strengthen safety culture through visible, practical leadership
- Coordinate daily activities to achieve KPI targets, customer commitments and business objectives
- Build a high performance culture through clear accountabilities, regular feedback and consistent follow through
- Monitor plant performance, respond to operational issues and escalate risks promptly
- Support maintenance planning, shutdowns, restarts and equipment reliability activities
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, cost control, inventory and operational performance
- Manage resources, plant costs and critical materials in line with approved budgets and site priorities
