Senior Engineer - Planning & Scheduling - PED

Job description

In this role, you will develop, maintain, and manage detailed baseline project schedules covering all phases, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project objectives and execution plans Additionally, you will monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify variances, track performance metrics, and implement timely corrective actions to achieve planned targets

Furthermore, you will perform critical path analysis, evaluate schedule risks and delays, assess their impact on project timelines, and recommend effective recovery and mitigation strategies Meanwhile, you will coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, schedule integration, and effective communication across all project functions

Consequently, you will plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support project requirements and milestone achievement Moreover, you will manage schedule updates and scope changes, evaluate their impact on project timelines and deliverables, and maintain accurate planning records in compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Finally, you will prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance updates while supporting project controls and cost management activities to ensure successful project delivery
