Job description

You will be one of the key contact partner for the automation systems strategy and standards for all Linde plants

• Provide assistance via phone/email to Partners simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business
• Guide partners through LISA tools is part of your role Change and maintained partner's data on the system
• Ensure that the data received from the partner is accurately and timely maintained
• Ensure good relationship with partners/customers and set agreements Further you will transfer queries to the corresponding department
