- Design and implement marketing plans and new business initiatives across key market segments You will lead efforts to win strategic accounts, develop proposals, and execute successful new business opportunities
- Provide sales and marketing support to regional sales teams and manage direct accounts within the organizational structure
- Deliver training programs to sales force and specialists to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness You are expected to develop regional plans and lead commercialization efforts for rare gas initiatives, collaborating with other business units to create integrated market offerings Interface with counterparts across business units to share marketing best practices and resolve complex issues related to technical questions, pricing, proposals, and market data You will anticipate business challenges by analyzing under-performing locations and recommending competitive action plans for improvement
- Manage part of the budget and collaborate with research and development to align business strategies
