Associate Director, Commercialization Food & Beverage US & Canada

Job description

In this position, you will drive the commercialization of new and existing application-based Product and Service Offerings (PSOs) for the Food & Beverage segment across the US and Canada, with a clear focus on new sales, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth You will define and implement go-to-market strategies for Food & Beverage applications, supporting regional business units in launching new PSOs, strengthening customer binding, and increasing application-driven sales performance

You will plan and agree annual objectives for new business, new products, development projects, and patent-related activities within the US & Canada Food & Beverage market segment, including TGD planning and related reporting You will identify and implement actions to enhance the effectiveness of Food & Beverage market segment activities, including training, customer presentations, symposia, and targeted customer development initiatives

You will assess new product ideas with regard to customer value, commercial feasibility, and market potential, and present major development plans together with local regional business teams to relevant decision committees You will manage and control commercialization processes for Food & Beverage applications, including market launches, process support, and the translation of technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions

You will work closely with central technology teams, US & Canada sales and commercial business development teams, OEMs, market partners, and associations to build capability and accelerate application-driven growth
