Team Leader CTC & CRD (m/f/d)

Job description

In this role, you will lead, coach and develop a team of Credit to Cash and CRD agents supporting the French market, ensuring high engagement and performance Additionally, you will ensure processes are in place, followed, and kept up to date while identifying process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Moreover, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process standardization

Furthermore, you will ensure customer complaints are handled effectively and routed to the appropriate department for resolution In addition, you will communicate efficiently by phone and email with Business Partners, Business Units, customers, and other departments Further, you will build and maintain strong relationships with sales partners and key business stakeholders

Moreover, you will monitor team results and KPIs, ensuring sustainable achievement of targets Additionally, you will act as the main escalation point for complex customer, sales partner, and business-related issues Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Legal and other support functions to ensure smooth end-to-end operations

In addition, you will ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.

Further, you will oversee workload distribution and resource planning to ensure service continuity and the achievement of SLAs Moreover, you will support change management initiatives and contribute to the successful implementation of new processes and tools
