Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job description

You will adhere to safety expectations and report any unsafe practices or conditions You will maintain regular and predictable attendance You will Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, including retrieving production parts, preparing shipments, and loading/unloading trucks for production parts and plant supplies You will inspect and unwrap incoming parts, verify container counts, and perform visual damage checks

You will schedule and coordinate freight pick-ups for production parts, recycling, and other plant needs You will enter sales orders and generate customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner You will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment for deliveries, shipments, and general plant needs You will maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dock area in accordance with 5S standards You will perform other duties as assigned
