Associate Human Resources Director, PGT

Job description

You will lead and develop an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore

• Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness You will provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and compliance matters
• Use workforce metrics and employee insights to influence business decisions and improve employee engagement
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to implement people programs, policies, and processes
• Support investigations, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance the employee experience
