What you’ll do Responsible for managing national GTM activity. Overall store display such as display rack and POSM, manpower management (promoter, trainer, merchandiser) In-store display includes store renovation, POSM and monitoring SKU flooring Promoter management such including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation. Capability development thru training part includes Offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search.

Trainers and merchandisers capability also need to be managed.

What you must have: At least bachelor’s degree in any major. Good knowledge In-Store management, Retail, Salesforce management. Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min.3 years.
