KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

OF THE POSITION:Material flow (raising MR & follow-up, tracking & co-ordination, shortfall before fabrication). Production supervision, quality and control, daily consumable requirements, safety, maintenance, machinery.Inspections – QA &b QC correspondences for hot works such as cable trays, supports and other foundations, cable installation, termination and testing.Revision, Rejection, Rework to be documented and informed to the concern department to identify source of problem.Prepare QMS related documents.Prepare commissioning related documents.Commissioning support.Lessons learned and improvementCompliance of safety and quality norms of Ship yard.Managing subcontractor’s manpower and adherence of job schedule.Ensuring the smooth work flow, co-ordinating with inter-departments.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering; Diploma in Electronics Engineering; Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Communication; Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
