JOB PURPOSE

The Lead Logistics (Air & Sea) is responsible for achieving freight targets, ensuring timely renewal of contracts, onboarding vendors, supporting project initiatives for all matter related to Sea and Air Logistics, conducting vendor evaluations, and complying with MSME rules. The role aims to drive efficiency, cost savings, vendor development and customer satisfaction in logistics operations. Seek and identify potential business opportunities across different units, while ensuring cost savings. ? Ensure the timely renewal of total air and sea annual contracts. ? Identify and onboard new Freight Forwarders (FF) or direct shipping lines to expand the logistics network, thereby increasing efficiency and competitiveness. ? Acquire new internal customers (IC/SBG) through effective business development strategies, fostering growth and diversification. ?

LNT Construction Internal maintaining ethical standards and vendor integrity. ? Provide assistance to IC/SBG with project-specific contracts for ensuring project efficiency and cost effectiveness. ? Act as Logistics domain expert for air and sea, supporting the successful implementation of the Project initiative by streamlining processes, defining shipment/transport terms, and performing various tests, among other responsibilities. ?

Hands on experience in devising various cost models for imports exports ? Proficient in using logistics management software and tools ? Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance ? Familiarity with supply chain management concepts ? Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Behavioral Skills: ?

Educational Qualifications

Relevant Experience ? Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration ? Minimum 15-18 years of experience in logistics management, specifically in air and sea operations. ? Experience in vendor management, project support, and compliance with regulations
