Drive company executives to and from appointments, meetings, and other engagements in a safe and timely mannerMaintain knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns to ensure efficient route planningKeep vehicle clean and stocked with necessary supplies at all timesAdhere to all traffic laws and defensive driving techniquesAssist passengers with luggage and any other needs prior to and after tripsHandle all maintenance and repair needs for assigned vehicleComplete daily logs documenting mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidentsReport any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to supervisor in a timely mannerMay be asked to perform general office duties as needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filesAttend mandatory safety trainings and meetingsComply with all company policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC); Secondary School Certificate (SSC)
