Lead - Electro Mechanical BOP ProcurementDevelop procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.Prepare procurement schedules and sourcing plans for Electro-Mechanical BOP packages.Lead pre-qualification, RFQ/RFP, tendering, bid evaluation, and award processes.Coordinate with engineering, project execution, planning, and commercial teams.Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations.Finalize contracts, purchase orders, framework agreements, and service contracts.Develop strategic supplier partnerships.Identify and onboard qualified domestic and international vendors.Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits.Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and negotiations.Coordinate with design, engineering, planning, logistics, and construction teams.Ensure on-time material delivery in line with project milestones.Resolve procurement-related issues affecting project execution.Monitor expediting activities and critical deliveries.Manage import procurement and customs-related activities.Track supplier manufacturing progress and logistics schedules.
Qualifications
Diploma in Industrial Electronics; Bachelor of Engineering (BE); Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGD SCM)
