Skills & Technical CompetenciesStrong experience informwork for Dam & Hydro structures (Spillway, Intake, Powerhouse, Barrage, Galleries, etc.)Knowledge ofmass concrete and RCC formwork systemsHands-on experience withconventional formwork and system formwork (Doka / Peri / Mivan / customized steel formwork)Proficiency in readingGFC drawings, BBS, and construction methodologyUnderstanding ofstaged concreting, lift planning, and shuttering cyclesKnowledge ofIS codes, QA/QC procedures, and EHS standardsAbility to planmanpower, materials, and equipmentGood coordination, reporting, and documentation skillsWorking knowledge ofMS Excel / MS Project preferredRoles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and execution offormwork activities for
