Raw Material Sourcing and Sub-contracting. P2P operations

• Assess requirement (Material, Service, Sub-Contracting)
• Identify potential suppliers
• Supplier Selection, Negotiation and Order Finalization
• Execution of orders placed to ensure timely delivery and compliance to requirements
• Clearance of Goods received, Payment processing, supplier performance monitoring
• Maintaining Purchase Health - Timely processing of inputs, Ensuring Timely responses, On time delivery, Timely payments

Coordinating with various functions

• PMG, Design, QC
