Unique Job RoleArchitect – EDRC (PAF)CadreExecutive band / Tier 1DesignationSr Architect / Principal ArchitectDepartment & LocationProject Site/ EDRC HQJob PurposeResponsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same.

Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.RequirementsDesired knowledge and experienceEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:(degree, training, or certification required)Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)Masters in Architecture (Preferred)RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)3 to 5 years of relevant work experience of commercial buildings.

Preference shall be given to Airport designCompetencies requiredTECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIESArchitect shall have a passion for innovation and have good presentation and convincing skills.Familiar with relevant codes and standards NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO etc ,technical knowledge of the detail design engineering process.Construction Method UnderstandingDrawing CognitionShould be Proficient with the latest design software like Revit Arch, AutoCAD, Sketchup ProMaterial Requirement & Specifications ManagementQuantity Survey AwarenessRelevant Standards KnowledgeRequisite Software Knowledge
