Supervisor - Site HR/IR and Administration

Job description

The Place of posting will be Central, North and Eastern part of India.The incumbent will Assist the Head SHIRA in overseeing and handling:-1) Day-to-day site level Administration, Site Security and Facilities Management2) Day-to-day IR Challenges arising out of internal and external factors3)

• Facilitate the implementation of site level policies and processes defined for the L&T Rolls Employee related to their welfare and life cycle management4) Contractor compliances management wrt the Labour Colony Management and Workplace Management5)
• Guide and Facilitate the implementation of corporate guidelines and policies on various employee related matters including PMS, Training and CSR implementationFor the above he shall be well versed with the New Labour Code and related aspects wrt BoCW, Contract Labour, Employee Compensation, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus, EPF, ESIC and other statutory compliances applicable to the EPC site

Qualifications

Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM); Diploma in Labour Laws with Administrative Law; Post Graduate Diploma Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PGD PMIR); Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare; Post Graduate Diploma In Personnel Management & Labour Laws; Diploma in Labour Laws
