#LI-DNI Role Description Administration of HR Systems : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR system. Ensure the system is functioning smoothly and efficiently.

Optimization and Strategic Management

Continuously improve the HR system to meet evolving business needs. Align HR technology with the organization's strategic goals.

Data Integrity and Reporting

Maintain accurate and reliable HR data. Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and HR analytics.

Process Automation

Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Collaboration

Work closely with HR , Business Teams , IT , Finance , and external vendors to ensure the HR system integrates well with other business functions and technologies.

Skills

Required The role demands a mix of technical, analytical, and managerial skills: HR Systems Administration : Expertise in managing HR systems, including user access, security roles, and permissions. Ensure the system is secure and compliant with organizational policies.

Data Analytics

Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.

Process Automation

Experience in automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in tools like SQL , Excel , VBA , and Power BI is an advantage. These tools are essential for data analysis, reporting, and system customization.

Reporting Tools

Familiarity with reporting tools to create dashboards and visualizations that support HR and business decision-making.

Qualifications
