Manager, GBS - Distributor Logistics

Job description

Responsible for the full order cycle, Distributor claims and overall Business Experience.

• Ensure Distributors Placing orders on B2B portal without any difficulties on time with correct requirements
• Manage full OTC Process and compliance
• Ensure product availability to them as per the agreed timeline to meet service delivery
• Acts as a bridge between production planners, Control tower team, Demand Planning team and Distributors in full filling customer demand and orders Supervise Distributor logistics team for one of the Growing region
• Ensure great Customer Experience Lead SOD review meetings, Customer Claims Management, NPD/RIRO Management, CS/CL meetings etc.

Hard Skills Deep knowledge of Order Management and logistics operations Working knowledge of SAP, Sales force Short-term risk mitigation, customer centric approach and bias towards Action Data Analysis (Excel, Power BI) QA and Logistics Process Knowledge Soft Skills Leadership and team coordination Effective communication with cross-functional teams Stakeholder management & Influential (Direct & Indirect) Problem-solving & Risk Management Time Management
