Budget & Administrative Support Processing Purchase Orders (POs)

Responsible for processing, confirming, and invoicing POs using provided forms and details, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of budget-related tasks.

Raising POs

Manage the creation of POs by collecting and inputting relevant information from stakeholders, working closely with the team to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Receipting POs

Ensure proper receipting of POs by following established guidelines and instructions.

Processing Invoices

Handle the administration of invoices, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately for timely payments. Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on budgets, POs, and invoice processing. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in content management systems like ContentHub or Brand-Bank is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic project management skills with the ability to track timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience - preferably within Consumer Products / Retail industry domains
• Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required Experienced within Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!
