Job description

• Bachelor's degree in food engineering or a related engineering field Preferably min intermediate level of English Preferably experienced in a food manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and a team player Residing in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir Susurluk, Bursa (Karacabey-Mustafakemalpaşa), Manyas, or Bandırma areas
• Ensures sustainability of CI tools used on the shop floor through regular monitoring
• Works on the floor to collect data on losses and changes in the last 24 hours
• Investigates root causes of major breakdowns and encourages countermeasure planning
• Participates in daily management meetings, ensures performance and daily management boards are updated
• Collaborates with Process Owners, Team Leaders, and Maintenance Leaders to address losses Kraft Heinz Türkiye: Gıda Lideri, Çalışan Odaklı Kültür ve Sürdürülebilirlik
