Manager, Logistics Projects and Technology

Job description

Develop project scope, budget, and drive capital approval process. Manage expectations with key stakeholders on project timelines and deliverables. Execute projects, manage construction, and lead startup activities. Coordinate and have good communication with suppliers, contractors, and site personnel. Manage strategic vendor partnerships, conduct new technology searches, and lead initiatives to unlock new technical platforms and processes.

Develop a future roadmap and automation pipeline for long-term 5-year business planning. Manage existing technology and automation, develop service and support programs, and drive improvements and optimization efforts. Support the development of training, SOPs, safety, and programs to support ongoing operations excellence. Bachelor's degree required. Supply Chain/Engineering/Technical preferred. 5-10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, project management.

Experience with automation, robotics, technology, digital, etc. Strong project and program management skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization. Experience working with performance metrics, KPI reporting, business performance analysis, and operational scorecards. Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that drive measurable operational or financial impact.

Experience influencing stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization. Travel averaging about 10%-30% depending on project. Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and drive for solutions.
