Sr. Brand Manager Drinks & Brunch

Job description

Responsible for bringing the product to market, driving adoption, and equipping the sales team with the knowledge and tools to be successful.

• Set brand strategies and priorities, translating them into focused three-year and annual plans to build brand equity and drive commercial growth. Turn consumer insights into strong creative briefs and opportunities for growth.
• Lead creative and media agencies to develop and deliver effective campaigns, content and activation.
• Drive innovation and renovation from concept to launch, working with R&D, Supply and our factory to ensure feasibility and readiness.
• Partner with Category and Sales to bring brand plans to life through compelling shopper activation in-store and online.
• Manage the marketing budget, working with Finance and RGM to prioritize investment and evaluate brand and business results. What you bring - 6+ years of experience in FMCG brand marketing, with a track record of delivering campaigns and innovation that build brands and drive growth. Proven experience leading creative and media agencies, with strong creative judgement.
• The ability to combine consumer understanding and data to make clear marketing decisions.
• Commercial understanding and experience bringing cross-functional teams together to deliver business results.
• Clear communication and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
