Job description

Combining long-term strategy (3-5 years out) with brilliant execution, by influencing, leading and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Define pack strategy, project-level strategy, execute with excellence to influence holistic portfolio decisions cross-functionally, and present the project for sign off to EPDM Leadership Team. Own end-to-end innovation delivery from insight to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Synthesize consumer, customer and category insights into compelling pack strategy. Develop and maintain innovation toolkits, templates and playbooks to accelerate market roll‑out. Monitor project KPIs, budgets and risks; facilitate cross functional alignment and escalate to the relevant leadership teams with clear mitigation plans. Prepare business cases, slide decks and stakeholder communications to enable timely decisions.

Support Away From Home Lead on general team activities Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) to proceed for this position. 6+ years of experience in marketing and portfolio and innovation management, with a proven track record of leading projects from strategy and ideation through to successful in-market delivery, ideally across both market and central teams; Strategic mindset; Strong sense of initiative; Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset; Strong influencing skills; Marketing fundamentals.
