Job description

"1. Government Relations & Stakeholder Management Maintain effective liaison with District Administration, State/Local Government Authorities, IALA and regulatory agencies. Build and maintain professional relationships with key Government officials and stakeholders. Monitor Government postings, transfers and changes in key officials relevant to the business. Act as the key coordination point for Government-related matters affecting the plant. 2.

Approvals, Permissions & Regulatory Compliance Coordinate with Government Departments for approvals, licenses, permissions, NOCs, renewals and statutory clearances. Track approval status, timelines, renewals and pending Government requirements. Coordinate with internal functions to ensure timely submission of required documents. Follow up on Government queries, observations and pending approvals until closure. 3. Plant Operations & Government Support Support uninterrupted plant operations by resolving Government-related issues concerning production, logistics, utilities, roads, infrastructure, traffic and public services.

Coordinate with District Administration and local authorities during critical operational issues and emergencies. Maintain an action tracker for critical Government-related operational matters and ensure timely closure."
