Job description

"Act as the primary point of contact between the company and canteen contractor and conduct regular vendor review meetings. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, personal hygiene, and medical fitness standards. Monitor food quality, taste, freshness, portion size, menu adherence, and timely service as per production shifts. Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, storage, and dining areas and ensure timely closure of observations."
