• Demonstrate a basic understanding of core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, and firewall principles. Ability to comprehend how different network components interact within an enterprise IT environment. Knowledge of encryption concepts and data protection mechanisms.
• Possess foundational knowledge of encryption techniques, secure data handling practices, and mechanisms used to protect sensitive information across systems and communication channels.
• Understand the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, their impact on web applications, and the basic methods used to detect or mitigate these risks.
