"Reporting to the Regional Head of Parts and After-Sales Customer Experience, the District Head of Parts and After-Sales Customer Experience is the field liaison for Kia France's After-Sales strategy. You support the approved repairers in your sector in developing their business and improving their performance. You drive the network's performance, identify levers for progress and manage appropriate action plans. As the guarantor of compliance with brand standards, you contribute to ensuring a high level of after-sales customer satisfaction.

Through your regular presence in the field, you also ensure a permanent link between the network and the headquarters teams."
