Should have experience in: Litigation Consumer; Property; Recovery etc..,. External Lawyers Co-ordination with external counsels Case Management Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams etc., Contract Management Drafting; Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts Should be: well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, preferably Sales and Marketing issues of manufacturing company self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities. able to speak English and Hindi fluently. hard working and willing to travel on short notice. ready and willing to relocate to any part in India, if required experienced in the Automotive sector as in house counsel
