Position Details

Driver will be moving and spotting trailers in the Mission Foods yard in Tempe, AZ Driver's duties include, but are not limited to: Moving trailers to and from the production plant to the warehouse Spotting and moving trailers at the warehouse Communicating with onsite personnel on what doors need to be emptied and filled

Inspecting equipment and reporting damage to onsite management prior to load out Keeping the yard clean and orderly Special Requirements: Yard jobs are very physical Driver is required to climb in/out of equipment, manually hook/unhook equipment, and raise/lower landing gear all multiple times per day ​​​​​​​ Driver is required to assist with local deliveries if yard work is slow

When assisting with deliveries, driver will deliver Mission Foods products in dry van and reefer trailers from the DC in Tempe, AZ to distributors and customers in CA and AZ At the receiver, driver is required to unload product with electric pallet jacks and lift gates ​​​​​​​Driver is required to assist other DCS/JBI accounts as needed

Truck Info: Automatic Ottawa yard trucks and Day Cabs Slip seating is required Trucks must remain at the account for time off Drivers on this local job will operate in Tempe, AZ.
