Position Details

Delivering mostly refrigerated grocery products from Moreno Valley, CA distribution center to grocery locations in CA and Phoenix, AZ Deliveries may be unattended with no store personnel present. Expectations of the driver include dropping an empty trailer into a dock door when picking up pre-loaded trailer and dropping empty in door or on yard after completion of load. Unloading will be completed by the driver with an electric pallet jack at stores dock.

On occasion, a backhaul will be completed by the driver after the completion of product delivery. On occasion, a non-refrigerated load will be completed utilizing a dry van trailer. The management team is located on-site in Moreno Valley, CA.

Please ensure the driver understands this is a night driving position.

Special Requirements

Driver will be outsourced an average of 2-3 times per week Driver must be comfortable with unloading product with an electric pallet jack Pallet jack experience strongly preferred Electric pallet jack training required (will be completed onsite after hire) Steel-toed boots required; yearly reimbursement allowance provided. Required to haul Intermodal loads and loads for other Dedicated accounts when freight volumes are low.
