In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week.

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Position Details

Drivers on this local job will operate in a 250-mile radius of Columbus, OH. Drivers will mainly operate in Central OH area customers in/out of the Norfolk Southern (NS) in Lockbourne, OH. Some loads might require in/out of the CSX/BNSF in North Baltimore, OH or Cincinnati NS rail yard. Drivers will average 3 - 4 loads per day Average of 16 loads per week No touch freight Special requirements: HAZMAT endorsement in 60 days.

Cost reimbursed - Drivers paid an extra $25 per each hazmat load. Tanker endorsement in 60 days. Cost reimbursed - Account does not run tanker containers, but some customers ship freight in "bladders" that require the tanker endorsement.

PTO & Holiday Pay

Standard PTO for all JBI Local Drivers. There are 6 paid company Holidays that are paid PTO after 90 days. If the rail yard is open on a holiday, there will be work available.
