This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. ENTRY LEVEL PAY $200 day rate while in the entry level program. Training for entry level program will last on average for 6 weeks. Driver needs to be willing to train up to 14 hours Driver needs to be flexible to mirror trainer's schedule Driver should expect to be on the account a minimum of 12 months before being able to transfer to another account. After training, drivers will be swapped to the standard pay given by the account.

POSITION DETAILS Drivers will not operate in New York City Local daycab position - Drivers will run containers in and out of the Ayer ramp located North of Worcester, MA to customers within a 250 mile radius. All freight originates or terminates in Worcester or Ayer, MA. However, The truck stays at our yard for time off.

REQUIREMENTS

Uniforms are required. Some rail yard experience preferred ADDITIONAL INFO There are no riders allowed.

PTO & HOLIDAY PAY

Drivers get 18 paid days off (12 PTO days and 6 holidays at a rate of $20 per hour. After 1st year - 5 years, drivers get 22 paid days off (16 PTO days 6 holidays at a rate of their 52 week $/hour work average) 6 - 13 years, drivers get 27 paid days off (21 PTO days 6 holidays) 14 - 18 years, drivers get 30 days (24 PTO days 6 holidays) 19+ years, drivers get 32 days (26 PTO days 6 holidays)
