POSITION DETAILS This is a Kroger support fleet up to 6 months (non-continuous) of the year and support fleet for other Southeast accounts up to 6 months of the year. Kroger support (Jan

• Outside support when Kroger is not busy. Drivers will deliver Kroger Product from the Kroger distribution center in Forest Park, GA to Kroger department stores and Distribution Centers in AL, FL, KY, MS, NC, SC, GA, TN, TX VA.

Typically drivers will find that this is a very flexible operation that will fit many driving schedules. Drivers will tend to find accounts that they can transfer -long term after 1st year of employment. During Off-Season at Kroger Drivers will haul loads for other Dedicated and Intermodal accounts in the area. While working on Kroger account, driver can expect approx. 50% touch freight. Driver may be required to touch freight when working other accounts.

Loads will include flatbed loads and curtain-side trailers - training will be provided if necessary. Power Pallet Jack and Liftgate training will be provided if necessary.

Uniforms

Polo Uniform shirt and work boots provided by company. Jeans / pants provided by driver.

Additional Details

JB Hunt will provide Flatbed / Liftgate / Pallet jack training where needed.

We will train you. Do not be hesitant if you have never pulled this type of freight. Night driving may also be required when needed. Hazmat endorsement is preferred for off account work, but not necessary.
