This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. $18 per hour

Holiday pay per day: $140 Activity-Based Bonus Components: Cent per mile rate: $0.49-$0.53 Detention pay: $15 per hour Stop pay: $20 per stop Layover pay: $50 per occurrence Backhaul pay: $20-$50 per occurrence Truck/trailer moves: $20 per move Hazmat loads: $75 per load Outsource work: $200-$400 per day Miscellaneous work: $15 per hour

Details: Driver will make deliveries of Target merchandise in dry van trailers from the DC in Shafter CA to Target stores within a 300 mile radius of Shafter CA At the receiver, freight is drop/hook No touch Driver is required to pick up backhauls as needed Special Requirements: During peak season (Nov-Dec) driver will work 6 day a week and may be asked to start between 12am-4am based on customer demand.

Driver must be comfortable with close quarters backing and maneuvers.
