Relocation Process

Driver will attend orientation at the nearest account or terminal location and complete day 1 paperwork and sign the relocation contract Driver will be issued a $500 advance by payroll team Driver must keep and turn in all receipts Expenses can include: fuel, packing supplies, food while traveling, and lodging during travel. After completing orientation driver will call 1-800-GO-UHAUL to obtain a pricing quote that will be sent to the corporate office for approval

Operations manager will provide JB Hunt Uhaul account number to driver at orientation Direct bill covers a truck up to 20' plus boxes and moving supplies up to $1,500 - $2,300 Driver has 7 days after completing orientation to get moved within 50 miles of the account Driver must keep in daily contact with the operations manager

Driver will be issued a $1,000 advance for initial housing set up costs Payroll will issue $1,000 via Comcheck to the driver once they provide a housing contract/lease Temporary housing like hotels are not acceptable to get the $1,000 advance Once the driver completes 6 months on the account they will receive a $500 bonus

If the driver leaves voluntarily they are required to pay back the entire cost of the relocation package If driver transfers to another account prior to completing a full 6 months they will forfeit any remaining advance/bonus associated with the relocation package THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE TO PAYMENT AMOUNTS OR

REQUIREMENTS

The average is 2 to 4 stops per day. Product arrives on shuttles throughout the day and all outbound freight is preloaded Routes are multi-stop and predetermined/static each week. Occasional warehouse work will be required.

Drivers will be based out of a remote location at 3873 Wynne Ave, Butte, MT 59701 in Montana.

MUST COVER: THIS LOCAL JOB IS VERY LABOR-INTENSIVE AND PHYSICALLY DEMANDING Hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at Ross retail store locations. Freight is stacked floor to ceiling Average unload count is 50-300 boxes per stop.500-700 boxes per trailer. Drivers are required to unload 150 boxes per hour at each stop. Boxes can weigh anywhere from 2lbs to 100lbs.The average is 30 to 60 lbs per box NO SMOKING IN THE TRUCK Doubles/triple endorsements preferred Additional information: Must have reliable transportation No onsite manager Provided and required to wear uniforms and steel toe boots/shoes Drivers on this local job will operate in a 420-mile radius of Butte, MT.
