Engineering Development Program

Job description

Under routine supervision, this position will participate in a rotational program to utilize problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions in various areas of the organization through well-defined projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire understanding of the organization's processes and systems to improve efficiency
• Gain awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis
• Solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer information
• Present findings and solutions to business partners and/or customers with guidance from senior team members

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
