We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Inspector based in Syracuse, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Inspector or in building construction trades
• Experience performing inspections of site/civil construction work
• Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction activities, building systems and components, construction technologies, contract management, project delivery methods, team collaboration, and client relationship management
• OSHA 30 Certification, or the ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment Ideally, you'll also have:
• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field
