Position Title

Maintenance Technician Pay Rate : $33.05/hr - $39.61/hr Sign-on Bonus : $1000 after 30 days $500 after 6 months $500 after 1 year Category/Shift : Hourly Full-Time 3 rd shift (11pm-7am)

White Bear Lake Box Facility 1699 W. 9 th St White Bear Lake, MN 55110 The Job You Will Perform: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. • Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level
• Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations Accurately use measurement and test equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork
• Work independently as well as part of a team Follow all safety rules and practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision The Skills You Will Bring: Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in our safety culture
• Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills Skilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics
• Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices Well-rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
