Position Title

Maintenance Associate Pay Rate : $30.60/hour Category/Shift : Hourly Full-Time Monday – Friday Must be willing to work any shift Physical Location : 1699 9 th St White Bear Lake, MN 55110 The Job You Will Perform: The Maintenance Associate program provides on-the-job and on-line training in the areas of mechanical, electrical and preventative maintenance.

• Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level
• Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations Accurately use measurement and test equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork
• Work independently as well as part of a team Follow all safety rules and practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision The Skills You Will Bring: High school diploma or GED 2 year technical degree in a relevant field of study OR experience working in the corrugated industry Mechanical aptitude and strong interest to work with mechanical equipment Willingness to be trained and to perform as a multi-craft mechanical Maintenance Technician Outstanding communications, interpersonal and team skills Desire for a long-term opportunity Action oriented and drive for results Customer focused Organized
