Where You'll Make a Difference Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in accordance with U.S.

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). Prepare and submit US GAAP financial reporting in line with corporate requirements and deadlines. Coordinate annual audit activities with external auditors and support statutory reporting requirements. Prepare reconciliations between US GAAP and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Local GAAP). Manage local tax compliance activities, including corporate income tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), and other indirect tax filings where applicable.

Support internal audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide required documentation and support during tax audits and government inspections. Partner with Shared Service Center teams to support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and coordinate country-specific payments such as taxes, salaries, and wages. Collaborate with Accounting Supervisors, Country Controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.

What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. 3 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience in an international environment. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Local GAAP, statutory reporting, and tax regulations. Experience with financial closing, account reconciliations, and audit support activities. Strong systems and computer skills, including proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and business ethics principles. How Would You Stand Out? Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent.
