The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The Enterprise UX Intern will support ICE IT's UX team in building a short-form video library, converting high-use knowledge articles into engaging instructional content for enterprise employees.

Responsibilities

• Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager
• Analyze knowledge article usage data in partnership with the UX data analyst to prioritize high-impact content for video production
• Write clear, concise scripts adapted from existing knowledge base articles
• Produce and edit short-form instructional videos for enterprise ICE employees
• Contribute to project-based production of live IT education webinars, including presentation development a nd demo practice sessions.
• Knowledge and Experience
• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study
• Strong written communication and public presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical content into accessible language Effective computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Portfolio or coursework samples in video, communications, digital media, or instructional design preferred
• Demonstrated video production and editing skills (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent) Internship Program Schedule To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options: Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.

Please Note

Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Atlanta office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.
