Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of production processes and delivering high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer specifications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality checks, troubleshooting production issues, and driving process improvements to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with established procedures to achieve optimal efficiency and output.
• Perform regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions in workflow.
• Support the installation, qualification, and maintenance of new and reused production equipment.
• Conduct process evaluations and adjustments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to meet shift output targets and escalate challenges as needed.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Drive quality and cost improvements by supporting engineering in process optimization and technological stability.
• Support the development and testing of new products, prototypes, or processes to ensure functionality and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in operating production equipment or automated systems.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data collection purposes.
• Candidate need strictly follow CDAT operation policy, SOP/SPEC and pass the certification within standard training period.
