What You'll Do

Support ING customers through chat and voice channels, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with confidence. Manage end-to-end customer requests and complaint resolution while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Handle complex customer cases and contribute to team productivity and operational excellence. Collaborate across teams and continuously develop expertise across multiple Retail Operations processes.

What We're Looking For

College graduate with at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Retail Banking, Shared Services, or a BPO environment. Strong English communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to navigate complex processes and procedures. Collaborative team player with a learning mindset and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
